About
I’m Patrick Hébert, B.Eng, MBA. For nearly 30 years I’ve measured how businesses actually work against what they’re trying to achieve, and shown the best way forward, or suggested better goals.
The engineering base is concrete: plant, manufacturing-process and systems design (MRP, ERP) for electronics manufacturers, and billion-dollar global inventory management across 53 sites. Through e2f Tech, the documentation and translation company I ran for 24 years, I helped manufacturers in very different fields, water heaters and HVAC, infrared gas heating, mining crushers and conveyors, paving equipment, residential air conditioning, structural steel, document their processes and promote their products or services, alongside B2C consumer brands, from a leading Canadian automotive marketing-and-advertising online platform to a premier outdoor-goods retail chain. That work put me inside my clients’ most sensitive operational, product and promotional documents, where the weaknesses they’d stopped seeing became obvious.
